  • Position: Office Manager – supporting the full office team and leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and enhancing employee experience
  • Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 DOE
  • Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office / 1 day WFH

Key responsibilities for this Office Manager / PA to Founder position:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities and utilities management
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate supplier contracts
  • Plan and execute internal events, workshops, and external engagements
  • Support travel logistics for the team, including bookings and itineraries
  • Coordinate HR and onboarding processes and
  • Implement internal systems and processes
  • Assist with interview coordination and CEO calendar management
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across the workplace
  • Lead seasonal activities
What background and experience is the company looking for?
  • Proven experience in office or facilities management
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident managing multiple tasks independently
  • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive is a bonus)
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Super polished and client facing personal presentation
