Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + bonus and benefits

Key responsibilities for this  position: 
Investor Operations & Reporting
  • Oversee day‑to‑day investor lifecycle activity, including onboarding, capital movements, and ongoing updates.
  • Review monthly and quarterly materials such as account statements, capital activity reports, payment confirmations, and asset overviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update investor records and reporting details within internal systems and CRM platforms.
Data & Platform Management
  • Act as the point person for the investor portal: upload and curate content, coordinate disclosures, and assist investors with access, login issues, or general navigation.
  • Ensure documentation across internal and external reporting channels remains current, consistent, and compliant.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
  • Contribute to regulatory submissions, internal audit requirements, and other compliance‑driven processes.
  • Assist with firmwide initiatives tied to new products, strategy evolution, or operational enhancements.
Project & Cross‑Functional Work
  • Partner with teams across compliance, operations, finance, and marketing on ad‑hoc projects, fund amendments, reporting improvements, and broader organisational changes. 

What background and experience are the company looking for?
 
Background
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a business, finance, maths, economics or related field with strong academic performance.
  • Approximately 3–5 years’ experience in investor relations, fund operations, accounting, or a similar analytical/operations‑focused function within financial services.
Technical Competencies
  • Highly proficient in Excel with the ability to work confidently with datasets, reconciliations, and structured reporting.
Personal Attributes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling numerical or sensitive investor information.
  • Able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, escalating issues promptly when needed.
  • Clear and concise communicator—both in writing and verbally.
  • Strong organisational skills and a structured, methodical mindset.
