C&C Search is currently recruiting an Office Manager for a pioneering organisation at the forefront of sustainability and sport. Based in West London, this is a full-time, office-based role offering the chance to lead engagement initiatives and manage a dynamic workspace.

Position:
Office Manager – supporting the People Director and line managing the Office Coordinator. Responsible for office operations, engagement activities, and internal communications.
Salary:
£40,000 – £50,000 per annum
Hybrid set up:
Fully office-based

Key responsibilities for this Office Manager position:
- Oversee day-to-day office management and liaise with suppliers and building control
- Line manage the Office Coordinator, including performance reviews and development
- Manage office budget and contracts with external providers
- Lead internal engagement activities including townhalls, social events, and end-of-year awards
- Coordinate internal communications in collaboration with the People Team
- Manage uniform process and supplier relationships
- Ensure the office is tidy, presentable, and fully operational
- Maintain fire warden and first aider lists
- Provide administrative support to leadership team meetings
- Work closely with the wider EA/PA team for cohesive coordination
- Proven experience as an Office Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage last-minute changes
- Experience managing budgets and external suppliers
- Comfortable working autonomously and with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail, resilient, and agile
- Friendly, approachable, and a true team player
