C&C Search is currently recruiting a Receptionist / Office Manager for a prestigious, very exciting and high profile production business based in Central London. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new flagship office, working five days per week in the office, within a high-profile, high energy and professional environment.

Position:
Receptionist / Office Manager – standalone role with full ownership of front-of-house and the office environment
Salary:
£40,000–£45,000
Hybrid set up:
Office-based, five days per week

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist / Office Manager position:
• Acting as the first point of contact and face of the business, delivering an incredibly polished and professional meet-and-greet experience
• Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, suppliers and general upkeep
• Ensuring the office is always presented to an immaculate, luxury standard
• Managing meeting rooms, refreshments and hospitality
• Handling facilities issues independently and proactively
• Supporting senior leadership and the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Creating a welcoming, organised and highly professional office environment
What background and experience are the company looking for?
Candidates will have previous experience in a reception, office management, facilities or corporate services role, ideally within a high-end or professional environment. You will be exceptionally well-presented, articulate and service-oriented, with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. Confidence working with senior and high-profile individuals is essential, alongside discretion, resilience and a willingness to take ownership and muck in where needed – it Is essential that you are self assured, not easily rattled or star struck as you’ll be mixing with well known HNWIs.
