Position:
Operations Assistant – supporting senior leaders and contributing to business operations, events, and strategic projects.
Salary:
£32,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) 
Hybrid set up:
Office-based in London, 5 days per week

Key responsibilities for this Operations Assistant position:

  • Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth office logistics
  • Coordinate internal and external events, including founder dinners and investor briefings
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, managing itineraries and last-minute changes
  • Manage busy diaries and schedule meetings with stakeholders
  • Assist with expense reporting and maintain accurate documentation
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects, bringing a proactive and problem-solving mindset
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Preferably a graduate with strong academic credentials
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Interested in startups and venture capital
  • A team player with ambition to grow into roles such as Chief of Staff
