Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + discretionary bonus (depending on experience)

Key responsibilities for this position:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests, clients, and investors.
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared, refreshments arranged, and AV equipment set up.
- Support general administrative tasks including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Coordinate global travel and accommodation bookings handled in-house.
- Assist with company events including logistics, catering, and coordination.
- Provide support to the compliance team, arranging training sessions for new joiners and ongoing staff programmes.
- Manage office supplies, post, couriers, and pantry stock levels.
- Undertake First Aid duties (training provided if required).
What background and experience are the company looking for:
- Friendly, professional, and composed under pressure
- Organised, adaptable, and confident managing competing priorities
- Discreet and trustworthy, with a polished and proactive approach
- Experienced in front-of-house, diary management, and administrative coordination
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial or professional services is preferred but not essential
- Eager to grow into a broader support or PA role as the company expands
