C&C Search is currently recruiting an Operations and Office Coordinator to join a fantastic organisation within the Music Industry!

Client: Music industry

Salary: £30,000

Locations: 5 days per week in North London

Benefits: 1 week in the year work from anywhere, closed over Christmas, pension, 4pm Friday drinks in office.

Job Summary:

As the Operations and Office Coordinator you will wear multiple hats with duties across; Office Management and Operations, Finance support, Events, Marketing and Coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office activities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining the office to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.
  • Assist with budget management by keeping financial records up-to-date.
  • Manage team calendars and organise team events, including coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and car rental reservations as well as team meetings when needed
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as a liaison for office vendors and services as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Request invoices and other financial documents as needed from accounting personnel.

About you:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
