What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Supporting a team of 6 Italians

Key duties: This will be a busy and traditional PA role, complex diary management, a lot of travel arranging booking, scheduling, last minute changes, expenses, filing and archiving documentation, screening incoming calls and being a gatekeeper, using the CRM datatbase.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: We need someone who is at a senior level, someone who speaks FLUENT Italian and can work at a fast pace, managing time for all 6 in the team. They need someone with a muck in and hands on attitude, a professional mindset, a team player and someone who can hit the ground running.

Availability: You must be available to start this role at the end of February 2024 as this is a m10 month maternity contract
