Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
An established, professional services firm is seeking an experienced Team Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of its London office.
This is a highly hands-on, autonomous role suited to a confident PA who enjoys being at the centre of a busy office environment.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diary and travel support to the London team and Managing Partner, act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and take ownership of office coordination.
The role also includes ad-hoc project support and close involvement in client-facing activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Full diary management for the London team and Managing Partner
- Coordination of complex travel arrangements
- Acting as first point of contact via phone and in person; meeting and greeting clients
- Day-to-day office management, including supplies and general administration
- Maintaining CRM and contact databases
- Coordinating client meetings and workshops
- Supporting presentation materials (proofreading, printing, binding)
- Providing ad-hoc project and client support, including research and follow-up
- 2+ years’ experience in a PA or Team PA role
- Comfortable working autonomously within a small team environment
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, proactive and confident managing up
- Excellent attention to detail and diary management capability
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Degree preferred
- Clean driving licence required
