Currently recruiting a PA to the Board and Group Secretariat for a leading FTSE-listed organisation based in London. This is a highly visible, senior support role offering exposure to corporate governance at the highest level and the chance to work closely with the Chair, non-executive directors, and a professional Secretariat team.

Hybrid set up: 3 days in/2 from home

Key responsibilities for this PA to the Board and Secretariat position:
  • Provide comprehensive EA support to the Chair, anticipating needs and managing diary, meetings, and logistics.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of Board and Committee meetings, including travel arrangements and smooth execution of events.
  • Own the Board calendar, ensuring meetings are scheduled efficiently and board effectiveness is maximised.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of compiling and distributing Board and Committee papers accurately and on time.
  • Administer financial aspects of Board activities, including tracking budgets and expenses.
  • Support the Secretariat team with diary management, budget oversight, and internal engagement.

  • Extensive PA/EA experience supporting senior executives, non-executives, or corporate stakeholders in listed companies.
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage complex calendars, priorities, and deadlines.
