What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: PA to the Chief Executive and supporting the Ops Manager

Key duties:

  • Diary management
  • Arranging meetings
  • Booking travel
  • Gatekeeping
  • Ad-hoc admin
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Liaising with Stakeholders

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

  • PA experience to a Senior person / people, ideally C-Suite
  • Open to sector experience
  • Happy to 'muck-in', including setting up meetings rooms and arranging refreshments
  • Someone with a professional demeanor, who can be discreet, confident and be a people person

Availability: You must be available immediately as this role is to start next week with potential to go permanent.
