Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 DOE plus bonus
Hybrid set up: 3 days in the office / 2 remote

Key responsibilities for this PA to Partners position:
  • Providing full PA support to a small group of busy Partners, including diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating international travel, visas, itineraries, and expenses
  • Supporting client projects through document preparation, presentations, and research
  • Acting as a key liaison between Partners, clients, and internal teams
  • Managing meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-ups with discretion and efficiency
  • Proactively anticipating needs, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Previous experience as a PA, EA, or Team Assistant within a professional services or consultancy environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of initiative
  • High levels of attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
  • Confident with MS Office Suite and collaboration tools
