C&C Search is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a part time basis. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, for a values-driven recruitment firm based in Central London. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone looking to join an inspiring team.

Position: Accounts Assistant (Part-Time) 12 month fixed term contract
Salary: up to £33,000 (full time equivalent)
Part time role: 3 days per week role, with 2 days in the office (Tuesdays required + one other. Very flexible with working hours)

Key responsibilities for this Finance & Operations Assistant position:
  • Invoicing: Raising and sending invoices, following up on late payments, and providing monthly invoice summaries to team members
  • Expenses: Downloading bank statements, creating and submitting expense forms, and uploading data into accounting software
  • Flight offsetting: Tracking flights taken by the team and maintaining the carbon offsetting records
  • Financial reporting: Supporting with London partner and global activity reports
  • Accounts payable: Logging supplier invoices and running weekly accounts payable reports
What background and experience is the company looking for?
  • Ideally you will be seeking a part time role and immediately available 
  • Ideally you will have 1+ years experience in a similar role, or a relevant qualification
  • Excellent numeracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel – this is essential for success in the role
  • Previous experience working with accounting software; QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero experience is a plus
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently with a part-time schedule
