C&C Search is currently recruiting an Senior Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff for a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation in the Property sector. Position:
Senior Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff – acting as the true right hand to the Managing Partner and supporting the leadership team.
Salary:
£70,000 – £100,000 per annum (depending on experience) (6 month FTC initially, with potential to go permanent)
Hybrid set up:
5 days a week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Senior Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff position:
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the leadership team.
- Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and high-level communications.
- Support onboarding of new leadership and assist with organisational transition projects.
- Provide operational oversight and contribute to business strategy initiatives.
- Proven experience in a Senior Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- MBA required
- Desirable to have worked in a start-up or professional services environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to operate at a strategic level.
- Exceptional organisational skills, resilience, and adaptability under pressure.
- Advanced MS Office skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
