This is an exceptional opportunity for an HR professional to contribute to people strategy and operations while supporting a critical organisational transition.

You will help shape people strategy and processes while rolling up your sleeves on day-to-day operations to enable organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Partnership
HR Operations & Employee Experience
Own core HR operations in the US, especially onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HRIS data accuracy
- Provide frontline HR support to US employees, responding to policy questions, troubleshooting benefits and payroll issues, advising and/or leading on employee relations matters, and ensuring employees feel heard and
supported
- Partner with external vendors and internal teams on benefits administration, compliance, and payroll coordination
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Talent, Culture & Engagement
- Support the design and execution of talent development, performance management, and employee engagement, systems, processes, and programs
- Partner with leaders to address employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
Spinout Readiness & Special Projects
- Support spinout transition activities such as auditing employee data, coordinating with Legal on contracts, ensuring benefits and payroll readiness, and assisting with employee communications
- Contribute to improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to eliminate friction points, leverage automation and AI tools, and create scalable systems to support organizational growth
- Build self-service resources and documentation, creating wikis, FAQs, guides, and templates that empower employees to find answers independently while reducing repetitive inquiries to the People team
- Flex into emerging priorities as the People function evolves, demonstrating adaptability and initiative to take on additional responsibilities in strategically important area
