C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA & Operations Manager for a Private Investment Firm.

Position:
EA & Operations Manager – supporting daily operations, financial processes, supplier relationships and broader administrative duties across the London office.
Salary: £65,000 (depending on experience)
Set-up: Fully office‑based, 5 days per week

Key responsibilities for this EA & Operations Manager position

  • Managing diaries, calls, emails and scheduling across multiple time zones

  • Overseeing in‑country day counts where relevant

  • Maintaining organised records, databases and filing systems for financial and administrative documentation

  • Assisting with basic financial reporting, budgeting and reconciliation

  • Handling a range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning

  • Verifying and processing bills and invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payment using Excel

  • Sourcing and purchasing day‑to‑day items, identifying savings opportunities and negotiating with suppliers

  • Reviewing and summarising contracts, highlighting key terms, risks and negotiation points

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience as an EA within Financial Services 

  • Finance administration, procurement, operations support or a similar multifunctional role

  • Finance, accounting, business or a numerical/analytical degree

  • AAT or equivalent qualifications desirable

  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse data accurately

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management

  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational ability and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset

  • Confident communication skills, particularly in handling calls and liaising with stakeholders

  • A resilient, polished and professional approach, especially when working with senior leaders

  • The ability to work at pace, prioritise effectively and maintain discretion at all times
