C&C Search is currently recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a globally operating CEO within a highly respected, mission-driven international organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a values-led organisation, supporting a senior leader with global responsibility. The role is based in King’s Cross, offers hybrid working, flexible hours, and exposure to truly international work.

Position: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Temporary)
Salary: £21 - £28 p/h
Hybrid set up: 2–3 days in the office as standard (with flexibility depending on CEO travel)

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant position:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- International travel planning, often changing at short notice
- Coordination of meetings, logistics, and schedules
- High-volume expenses management using a corporate credit card, ensuring accurate coding and submission to deadlines
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and organiser to enable the CEO to operate effectively
- Proven experience as a senior EA / PA supporting a very busy, senior executive
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Calm, resilient, and able to work under sustained pressure
- Comfortable managing complex logistics and frequent change
- Discreet, proactive, and highly reliable
