PA & Administrative Coordinator Job Advertisement C&C Search is currently recruiting a PA & Administrative Coordinator for a boutique London-based Executive Search & Advisory firm.
This PA & Administrative Coordinator role is within a collaborative team environment, hybrid working flexibility and a prime London location.

Position: PA & Administrative Coordinator – supporting four Partners and wider team
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Hybrid set up: Flexible hybrid working with 4 days in the London office, with flex to 3/2 when partners are not in.

Key responsibilities for this PA & Administrative Coordinator position:
- Provide expert diary management for multiple Partners, prioritising schedules, and coordinating meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external PAs to organise meetings, video conferences, and events
- Administer the Leadership Assessment process, including managing psychometric assessments and coordinating feedback sessions
- Support the Operations Manager with office management, facilities coordination, and administrative duties
- Manage travel and accommodation bookings, prepare detailed itineraries, and support visiting overseas colleagues
- Maintain and update the CRM, ensuring accurate data entry for clients and candidates
- Demonstrate a flexible, hands-on approach, supporting ad hoc projects and operational needs
- Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience drafting professional correspondence
- Experience within Executive Search or professional services
- Demonstrated experience in complex diary management and coordinating meetings in a fast-paced environment
- Experience liaising with senior executives and external stakeholders both face-to-face and remotely
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in learning new systems
- Experience maintaining databases with a focus on accuracy and data quality
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
