PA & Team Assistant – supporting the CFO and team, as well as assisting with office management.
Salary:
£45,000-£55,000 (depending on experience) / hourly equivalent
Hybrid set up:
4 days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities for this PA & Team Assistant position:
- Diary management for the CFO and FP&A team.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including agendas and logistics.
- Arranging travel and managing expense reports.
- Acting as a key liaison with senior leadership teams.
- Supporting office management, including vendor coordination and health & safety compliance.
- Assisting with company events and ad hoc projects.
- Proven experience in an assistant role supporting senior leaders or teams.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.
