We have partnered with a fast-growing business consultancy in London who are hiring a Team Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and personable Team Assistant with around 3–4 years’ experience in professional services to join a collaborative and down-to-earth team

Position: Team Assistant 
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DoE)
Location: Mayfair
Start: Immediate

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider team
  • Manage shared inboxes and coordinate meeting schedules
  • Handle expenses and basic finance administration
  • Oversee office management on a light-touch level (supplies, facilities, meeting rooms)
  • Meet and greet visitors and ensure smooth day-to-day office flow
  • Coordinate travel bookings (trains, logistics, etc.)
  • Liaise with IT support for minor issues (laptops, peripherals)
  • Work closely with the Business Operations Manager and Operations Partner
  • Juggle multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
What background and experience are the company looking for:
  • 3–4 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, ideally in Finance / Professional Services
  • Confident across Microsoft Office and expense/booking systems
  • Polished and professional, but approachable and personable
  • Warm, friendly, and reliable; takes pride in delivering quality work
  • Proactive, anticipates needs, and thinks beyond task completion
  • Strong business acumen and effective prioritisation skills
