C&C Search is currently recruiting an Administrative Coordinator to join a fantastic organisation within the Property sector!

Client: Property Industry

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Location: North London, Moving to central London in January 2025

Company: Our client offers Property Management, Consultancy and Facilities Management services to its clients. They are innovative, think outside of the box and are dedicated to their excellence service.

Day to day Duties:

  • Ad hoc support to the team
  • Document administration (creating PowerPoints, editing and formatting documents)
  • Project Administration
  • Managing tickets/queries on the CRM portal
  • Monitor contractors' / suppliers' invoices and subject to Managers'
  • Co-ordinate and maintain a list of emergency call-out telephone numbers of contractors and services
  • Marketing and Communications (supporting with creation of external and internal communication to residents, stakeholder and internal staff)
  • Assisting with Events
  • Respond to resident phone calls, emails and direct contact
  • Schedule appointments, diary management, take minutes and actions where required
  • Managing communication, coordination, and support as required
  • Support in property administration for the multiple units across London

About you:

  • 1-2+ years' experience within an administrative role, ideally within a relevant industry but not essential
  • Project and/or Coordination experience of some kind
  • Holds a relevant Degree / Qualification
  • A strong team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and IT skills
  • Highly organised, strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Fluent English, excellent written English
  • You love working in a small team and have a positive 'can do' attitude
