C&C Search is currently recruiting a Part‑Time Executive Assistant to support the CEO of an exceptional, fast‑growing and mission‑driven environmental technology business. This Part‑Time Executive Assistant role is fully remote, working 20 hours per week, with complete flexibility around how those hours are worked across the week.

Salary: Circa £40,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)

Key responsibilities for this Part‑Time Executive Assistant position:
  • Managing the CEO’s internal daily scheduling, handling inbound requests and prioritisation
  • Coordinating the CEO’s external scheduling with partners, investors and stakeholders
  • Weekly planning and optimisation of the CEO’s diary, including AI‑driven scheduling tools
  • Managing travel and event logistics, including booking flights and accommodation
  • Supporting CEO personal administration such as expenses, reimbursements, tax and medical appointments
  • Scheduling and managing Board and Investor meetings, including communications
  • Providing administrative support to the Leadership Team as required
  • Supporting quarterly leadership workshops, including venue sourcing, catering and logistics
  • Acting as a trusted extension of the CEO’s office, anticipating needs and staying several steps ahead
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a CEO or Founder
  • Strong interest and capability of implementing AI tools and utilising them. 
  • Experience working within fast‑growing, tech‑enabled or start‑up environments
  • Comfortable operating in change and ambiguity, with a calm and proactive approach
  • Forward‑thinking and confident using AI tools to improve productivity and ways of working
  • Exceptionally organised, with strong judgement and prioritisation skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Able to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
  • Looking for a long‑term, part‑time Executive Assistant role rather than a short‑term contract
