Salary:
£50,000 – £60,000
Hybrid set up:
4 days in the office / 1 day from home

Key responsibilities for this Team Executive Assistant position:
- Full EA support to 4 senior executives within a fast-paced Private Equity team
- Complex diary management, inbox support, meeting coordination, and international travel booking
- Preparing documents, managing expenses, and providing polished administrative support
- Acting as an ambassador for the team with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Supporting wider team operations and contributing to a positive, collaborative culture
- Proven experience as a Team Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior executives
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in finance — especially Private Equity
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Confident, proactive, and well-organised with a polished communication style
- Someone who thrives in a charismatic, outgoing, sociable team environment
