Position: Personal Assistant – supporting a UHNW family, working across business and private matters, liaising with their London office
Salary: 50-70
Hybrid set up: Hybrid working – primarily in-person with flexibility to work from home as needed

Key responsibilities for this Personal Assistant position:
- Manage and coordinate the family’s business and private schedules, travel, appointments, and event planning
- Liaise with the London office and external advisors to support business operations
- Oversee household management and staffing with a strong eye for detail and efficiency
- Provide ad-hoc support across a wide range of professional and personal requests
- Assist in personal financial management and ensure discretion in all matters
- 3–5 years' experience in a Family Office or wealth management environment
- Bilingual in Italian and English
- Lives in Milan
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a calm, proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with impeccable attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
