Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set-up: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

Key responsibilities for this PA to EA and 2 Directors position:
- Diary management and travel coordination for senior investment professionals (MD & Investment Director)
- PA / EA support to a lovely, senior Partner level Executive Assistant
- Broader PA support to wider team of EAs
- Collaborating with Executive Assistants on large-scale scheduling, events, and support for senior partners
- Organising team events, lunches, dinners, and socials
- Providing ad hoc support across departments and occasional front-of-house support for events
- 2–4 years’ experience in a team as a PA or administrator - must have diary and travel management skills
- Previous experience in finance, legal or professional services is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- You must have a muck in attitude and eager to support another EA
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information are a must
