Key responsibilities for this Team PA role:
- Manage complex diaries and schedules, ensuring priorities are met and conflicts resolved.
- Coordinate national and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visas.
- Handle expense reporting and liaise with finance teams for accurate processing.
- Support business development activities by tracking client contacts and maintaining databases.
- Assist with internal projects, meetings, and events, including recruitment and appraisal scheduling.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.
