⭐ Key Responsibilities In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- Support the full end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation
- Assist with hiring campaigns, interview coordination and candidate communication
- Take minutes at Leadership Team meetings, and from the New Year, additional ad hoc meetings
- Use existing AI tools to support note-taking and follow-up actions
- Play an active part in promoting a positive and inclusive culture
- Previous recruitment experience and confidence navigating the full hiring lifecycle
- Experience using PeopleHR (bonus, not essential)
- Strong communication skills, discretion and maturity
- The ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
- A proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and natural attention to detail
- Openness to using AI tools to enhance efficiency
