Team Assistant – HR | Global Financial Services Organisation
Salary: Up to £45,000 + bonus
Location: London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a dynamic HR function within a global financial services organisation. This role sits at the heart of a collaborative HR leadership team, providing seamless support across a fast-paced, international environment.
The Opportunity
You will support five senior HR leaders, managing complex diaries, coordinating global travel, preparing meeting materials, and keeping the team running efficiently day-to-day. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in a busy corporate environment and enjoys being the central point of contact for a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Managing multiple diaries with precision, prioritising prep time, deadlines, and changing schedules
• Coordinating meetings, calls, travel, and events across UK, US, and APAC time zones
• Preparing agendas, presentations, and reports; taking minutes and tracking actions
• Providing full administrative support including expenses, invoices, room bookings, documentation and updating team org charts
• Supporting HR processes such as onboarding, documentation management, and internal communications
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven PA/EA or Team Assistant experience within a fast-paced corporate environment
• Strong diary management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Proactive, calm under pressure, and able to juggle competing priorities
• Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• A collaborative, personable approach with a genuine interest in HR operations
