C&C Search is currently recruiting a Chief of Staff to act as the right hand to the CEO. The Chief of Staff must have strong project management experience and investor relations exposure.

Salary: Up to £120,000 DOE
Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office

The Chief of Staff will work directly alongside the CEO and leadership team, supporting major initiatives, investor communications and cross-business projects while bringing structure and clarity to an ambitious scaling organisation.
- Support project delivery by tracking timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Assist with investment‑related processes, including maintaining databases and coordinating due diligence
- Compile financial information and background research for senior discussions
- Experience within Private Equity, investment firms or PE-backed businesses
- Investor Relations exposure and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Strong project ownership and delivery capability
- The ability to navigate complexity and drive initiatives forward
- Experience supporting C-suite leaders in high-growth environments
- Technically proficient across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
