We are partnering with a leading global executive search firm to hire a Research Consultant to support on retained pitches, talent mapping, sourcing, delivery, search, candidate sourcing.

- Talent Mapping & Research: Utilising advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proprietary databases to identify potential candidates and "multipliers" (industry experts for recommendations).
- Strategy Development: Working closely with consultants to understand client briefs, define search parameters, and build longlists/shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Headhunting & Engagement: Directly reaching out to passive talent to build trust and assess their suitability for high-level positions.
- Market Intelligence: Providing insights into industry talent landscapes and competitor organisations.
- 1- 3 + years experience in a similar role or environment, search background or in-house corporate /internship
- Completed Degree /or Experience/Qualification
- Additional Language would be an advantage to work with their Europe Clients on retained searches and pitches
