C&C Search is currently recruiting an Investor Relations Coordinator for a 12‑month maternity cover within a highly regarded investment management firm, based in London. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Investor Relations Coordinator to join a high‑performing, collaborative Investor Relations team, offering hybrid working, excellent benefits and exposure to senior stakeholders.

Position: Investor Relations Coordinator – supporting a Investor Relations team on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
Hybrid set up: 4 days in, 1 work from home 
Hybrid working model with a mix of office‑based and remote working

Key responsibilities Investor Relations Coordinator position:
• Managing venues, catering, logistics, travel and stakeholder schedules
• Attending events and overseeing on‑site coordination to ensure seamless delivery
• Providing high‑level administrative and coordination support to the  Investor Relations team
• Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating global travel arrangements
• Preparing itineraries, briefing materials and presentation documents
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Managing expenses, invoices and CRM updates
• Working collaboratively alongside another Capital Solutions Coordinator (Investor Relations)
• Leading the coordination of large‑scale investor meetings and AGM events from start to finish

What background and experience are the company looking for?
• Proven experience as an Investor Relations Coordinator, Executive Assistant or senior team assistant within financial services, investment management or a related sector
• Strong experience supporting Investor Relations teams, roadshows, conferences or large‑scale events
• Exceptional organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
• Advanced MS Office skills and strong written communication
