C&C Search is currently recruiting a Company Secretary for a high‑growth global payments and fintech business. Position:
Company Secretary – supporting a global legal, finance, and operations function across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on governance, banking relationships and UBO/KYC documentation.

Salary:
£80,000 – £120,000 (depending on experience)

Remote

Key responsibilities for this Company Secretary position:
  • Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and governance documentation across multiple entities
  • Coordinate Board meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Lead and manage global bank account openings, closures, and onboarding processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners and manage ongoing KYC/AML reviews
  • Manage and update UBO records and prepare KYB/KYC documentation packs
  • Coordinate legal and financial documentation, ensuring version control and audit compliance
  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance and Operations teams globally
  • Manage corporate governance workflows, entity updates, and regulatory filings
  
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience as a Company Secretary or in a corporate governance role
  • Strong experience with multi‑jurisdictional banking, account management, and onboarding
  • Hands‑on experience managing UBO structures, KYC/KYB documentation and regulatory filings
  • Background in financial services, payments, fintech, or regulated environments
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • (Desirable) ICSA/CGI qualification and experience with entity management tools
