Executive Assistant | Financial Services | West End | 12‑Month FTC | £70,000 – £80,000
C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to support three senior executives within a fast‑paced, dynamic Financial Services organisation in the heart of London’s West End. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a high‑performing Financial Services business offering a supportive, ‘no burnout’ culture, and a market‑leading benefits package.
This Executive Assistant role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract and would suit a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant who enjoys working at senior level within Financial Services, partnering closely with executives

Executive Assistant – supporting three senior executives
Salary:
£70,000 – £80,000
Hybrid set up:
Four days in the office, one day working from home

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
  • Acting as a trusted Executive Assistant to three senior executives within Financial Services
  • Managing complex diaries and optimising executives’ time for maximum efficiency
  • Coordinating high‑level internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow‑ups
  • Attending meetings, taking accurate minutes and tracking actions to completion
  • Drafting and managing professional communications on behalf of the executives
  • Arranging end‑to‑end travel logistics including flights, accommodation and visas
  • Processing expenses, approvals and ad‑hoc personal support when required
  • Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Supporting task prioritisation, project tracking and executive workflow
  • Coordinating team events, including project celebrations and new joiner lunches
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within Financial Services, finance or technology
  • Experience supporting senior leaders at Head of, Partner or C‑suite level
  • Exceptionally strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions‑driven Executive Assistant with strong critical‑thinking ability
  • Highly resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced Financial Services environment
  • Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and work outside standard hours when required
