  • Forward planning to ensure clear visibility of upcoming commitments
  • Capturing meeting outcomes and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Coordinating travel and logistics with precision
  • Acting as an operational sounding board to pre-empt scheduling clashes or delivery risks
Alongside executive support, you will play a central role in organisational operations by:
  • Maintaining clean, accurate and usable CRM data
  • Producing reports and supporting dashboard visibility
  • Overseeing shared inbox communications
  • Supporting onboarding administration and digital access processes
  • Keeping shared drives, documentation and internal systems organised and current
  • Preparing internal documentation, agendas and templates
  • Tracking actions and project milestones across collaboration platforms
You will also contribute to the smooth delivery of both virtual and in-person events by:
  • Supporting event logistics and coordination
  • Managing supplier and venue communications
  • Updating systems with event data
  • Assisting with preparation and follow-up activity
About You We are looking for someone who is calm, solutions-focused and comfortable operating autonomously in a remote environment.
You will likely bring:
  • Several years’ experience in executive or operational support
  • Confidence managing complex calendars and high-volume inboxes
  • Strong technical fluency across Google Workspace, CRM platforms and collaboration tools
  • Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
  • The maturity to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
Event exposure or project coordination experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Practical Details
  • Full-time role, approximately 40 hours per week
  • Fully remote
  • Must be UK-based
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership within a globally respected organisation
