C&C Search is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant / EA to CEO for a hugely successful and growing private equity firm based in Mayfair. You will be an integral part of their small team and be based in their office five days a week. Fantastic company culture and career development opportunities!

Position: EA to CEO
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Hybrid set up: Based in the office five days a week

Size of company: Team of approx. 30 people and growing!

Key responsibilities for this EA / Executive Assistant position:
- Diary management - heavy scheduling and managing an ever-changing diary
- Global travel coordination and processing expenses
- Being the first point of contact and liasion with stakeholders
- Team support when needed
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Must have 4+ years experience as a PA/EA within the finance sector
- Supported at a senior level and competent managing a very busy, ever changing schedule
- Confident, strong communicator and great adaptability skills!
