Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Providing high-level 1:1 executive support including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and forward planning.
- Anticipating priorities, creating structure, and proactively managing logistics in a fast-moving environment.
- Supporting onboarding and tactical HR administration alongside exposure to operational projects.
- Coordinating senior hiring logistics and supporting ad hoc initiatives across the business.
- Acting as a trusted partner to the executive, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within a fast-paced, high-performance environment (VC, PE, high-growth tech, or similar desirable).
- Exposure to HR operations, onboarding, or Office Manager responsibilities would be highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to anticipate, prioritise, and operate autonomously.
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the confidence to operate at peer level and contribute ideas.
