C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to Founders & Office Manager for a cutting-edge AI startup.

Position: Executive Assistant to Founders & Office Manager – supporting three Founders in a fast-scaling AI startup
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
Hybrid set up: Office based 5-days a week (Fitzrovia)

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant to Founders & Office Manager position:
  • Manage complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate meetings with investors, clients, and board members
  • Arrange comprehensive travel including itineraries and expenses
  • Support board meetings, fundraising rounds, and investor updates
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, and contracts
  • Champion company culture through events and team experiences
  • Assist with office sourcing and relocation projects
  • Manage team onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Organise team events, retreats, and training sessions
  • Handle invoices, payments, and supplier relationships
What background and experience are the company looking for:
  • Proven C-suite/Founder support experience in fast-growth tech environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Strong project management capabilities across logistics and operations
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Superhuman
  • Discretion and integrity with confidential information
  • Proactive mindset - anticipate needs and solve problems early
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as the face of the company
  • Resilient, motivated, and ambitious with focus on continuous improvement
Bonus qualifications:
  • Professional competency in German
  • Experience managing office relocations or workplace set-ups
  • Culture-building experience in creating inclusive, high-performing environments
