Position: EA/PA & Office Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office

- Providing seamless EA and PA support to senior principals, including complex diary and travel management
- Acting as a key point of contact for investors, clients and external stakeholders
- Overseeing day-to-day office and building management, ensuring everything runs smoothly for their tenants
- Managing a range of projects across the business, supporting with coordination and execution
- Handling administrative, operational and ad hoc tasks with a flexible, “muck in” attitude
- Supporting with events, meetings and logistics
- Prioritising a varied workload and adapting quickly to changing demands
- Proven experience in a combined EA/PA and office management role, ideally within a small or boutique environment
- Experience liaising with high-net-worth individuals, investors or clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of discretion
- A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a close-knit team
