Position: Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up: 4 days in the office / 1 day working from home

Key responsibilities for this EA / Office Manager:
- Providing high-level EA support to 2 C-suite executives, including complex diary and inbox management
- Supporting at board level, including preparation of board packs and meeting coordination
- Acting as a trusted right-hand to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Overseeing office management responsibilities, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively
- Managing and mentoring junior staff and overseeing administrative functions
- Leading on office projects, processes and improvements
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience in a combined EA and Office Manager role within a mid-sized firm
- Strong experience supporting at C-suite and board level
- Previous experience managing and developing staff
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
