The Role As an Executive Assistant / Roadshow Coordinator, you’ll provide first-class support to senior leaders while owning the coordination of key global roadshows and investor meetings. This is a hybrid 50/50 position, combining traditional Executive Assistant excellence with operational leadership across high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional Executive Assistant support to senior stakeholders: diary, travel, inbox, and logistics.
  • Coordinate all aspects of roadshows, investor meetings, and client events globally.
  • Liaise with investors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
  • Prepare materials, briefing packs, and follow-up reports with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Anticipate needs, communicate with clarity, and maintain absolute discretion at all times.
About You You’re a highly skilled Executive Assistant with experience in Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Asset Management, or Investment Banking. You’re emotionally intelligent, confident with senior stakeholders, and energised by a high-performance culture.
You’ll bring:
  • A proven track record as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in financial services.
  • Experience organising global travel, events, or roadshows.
  • The ability to manage complexity with calm precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to flex across personalities and priorities.
