Key responsibilities for this EA/Roadshow Coordinator position:
- Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to senior stakeholders, including complex diary, travel, and inbox management
- Coordinate global roadshows, investor meetings, and client events with precision and professionalism
- Liaise with investors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of meetings and events
- Prepare meeting materials, briefing packs, itineraries, and follow-up documentation
- Anticipate needs, maintain discretion, and manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
- Act as a trusted point of contact, representing senior leaders internally and externally
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Asset Management, or Investment Banking
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating global travel, investor events, or roadshows
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and composed under pressure
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and able to flex across personalities and priorities
