Job Title: Executive Assistant supporting four senior HR leaders
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 plus annual discretionary bonus
Working pattern: Office-based in London’s West End, with occasional remote working days

Core responsibilities of the Executive Assistant role:
- Oversee and coordinate complex diary schedules for senior leaders, providing effective and diplomatic gatekeeping of their time
- Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, and itineraries
- Develop a solid understanding of key business priorities to ensure time management aligns with organisational goals
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Manage expense submissions promptly and accurately
- Organise and execute team events, off-sites, and workshops
- Provide a wide range of administrative support while maintaining complete confidentiality
- Substantial experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally gained in finance or technology sectors
- Outstanding organisational skills with the capacity to switch focus quickly when priorities change
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and quick to respond to changing needs
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident in adopting new software
- Discretion and professionalism at the highest level
