Position: Office Coordinator
Salary: £32000 - £38000
Hybrid set up: 5 days per week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Office Coordinator position:
- Meet and greet and ensuring a first class service
- Managing meeting rooms – bookings, set up and trouble shooting
- Ordering catering, supplies and supporting facilities
- Supporting the Office Manager and EA with diary, travel and events
You must be a service-led administrator who enjoys working front of house. Excellent Outlook and some MS Office experience along with a hands-on approach.
