C&C Search is currently recruiting an experienced Team PA & Front of House Assistant to join a dynamic and collaborative team within a professional corporate environment. Position:
Team PA & Front of House Assistant – supporting the Office Manager and senior leadership team, while ensuring the smooth running of front-of-house operations.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hybrid set up: 5 days a week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Team & Front of House Assistant position:
  • Welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and warm first impression
  • Manage reception and communal areas to a high standard
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring corporate guidelines are met
  • Organise and support on-site and off-site events
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support the Office Manager in operational and administrative tasks, including vendor payments and onboarding new staff
  • Coordinate conference registrations, travel logistics, and catering for meetings
  • Provide ad hoc project support as required
What background and experience is the company looking for?
  • 3–5 years’ administrative support experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Adobe, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom
  • A proactive, service-focused approach with sound judgement and discretion
