We are sourcing for a proactive, organised, and tech-savvy Operations Assistant to join a busy and purpose-driven organisation in London. Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Key responsibilities for this Operations Assistant position:
  • Act as first point of contact for all operational enquiries
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier arrangements
  • Maintain office facilities to a high standard, managing supplies and resolving issues quickly
  • Liaise with outsourced IT support for device setup and troubleshooting
  • Manage mobile phones, IT equipment, photocopier contracts, and AV equipment
  • Provide basic Salesforce CRM administrative support
  • Assist with health and safety processes, including first aid and fire warden duties
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to keep operations smooth
  • Support finance and governance with ad hoc admin tasks and operational projects
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Solid office administration experience, with  IT exposure and phone/device set-up!
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and macOS
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM (desirable)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative team player with great communication skills
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and willing to take ownership of tasks
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential matters
