Who am I supporting: C-Suite Executives
Key duties:
What will I be doing day to day?
- Managing and co-ordinating complex diaries
- Organising internal and external meetings with senior representatives of clients/providers
- Booking domestic and international travel, organising the logistics: transport, visas, accommodation
- Office management duties such as ordering supplies, liaising with contractors
- Dealing with expenses and invoices, liaising with the finance department and ensuring all submissions comply with policies and within budget
- Providing adhoc private support when needed
- Ad hoc projects as required.
What is the company looking for?
- Ideally, previous experience working within financial or professional services
- Previous experience supporting at C-Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to show initiative and be proactive
- Great time management skills.
