C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to CEO and Board for a prestigious membership organisation. This exceptional PA to CEO / Senior Board Support EA role offers a unique opportunity to work with a high profile, exclusive team supporting at the highest level, where no two days are the same. Working in a wonderful upmarket setting, you will support the CEO and wider Executive team with traditional Executive Assistant duties as well help to improve and modernise operational processes, add value with improvement projects and help to improve efficiency. You will work with other support staff and a variety of stakeholders from senior execs, trustee and members on a daily basis so this is an all round role where you will be happy to muck in at all levels.

Salary: £70 - £75,000 Hybrid set up: 5 days on site

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant to CEO position:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to CEO including diary management, drafting correspondence, and report writing
- Managing meeting schedule of committee meetings
- Committee meeting support including papers preparation and minute taking
- Problem solving with regards to queries from members
- Supporting CEO and wider team to meet objectives
- Lead on governance initiatives and maintain policy documentation - must be process drive and have keen eye for detail
- Manage the Club Office, including budget responsibility
- Coordinate dinners and lunches
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Improve efficiency and processes where necessary
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at senior board level
- Ideally experience in a membership organisation or hospitality
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
- Thrives working with an exacting team with high standards
- Enjoys working in a team and being a real lynch pin
