Currently recruiting a fantastic Executive Assistant position within a growing and ambitious financial services organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, wants true partnership with senior leaders, and is looking for a role with influence, visibility and long-term progression.

Position: Executive Assistant to CEO (with wider Executive Team support)
Salary: £60,000–£75,000
Hybrid set up: Office-based, 5 days per week

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
  • Providing high-level support to the CEO, including ownership of a complex schedule, meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Partnering closely with the wider Executive Team, likely including the CFO and COO/CPO
  • Supporting board activity, governance processes and working alongside the Company Secretary on papers and preparation
  • Acting as a strategic extension of the CEO, joining meetings, gathering actions, driving progress and anticipating needs across priorities
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Experience within financial services or banking, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders
  • A strategic EA who can operate beyond traditional administration, with the confidence to partner at executive and board level
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability and organisational capability within fast-paced environments
  • A proactive, solutions-focused individual with high EQ, low ego and the resilience to work independently while delivering at a consistently high standard
