Position: Executive Assistant – supporting a Founding Partner and 3 other senior Executives
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + paid overtime and great benefits
Hybrid set up: 1 day working from home per week, core hours 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday with paid overtime

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Provide dedicated executive assistance to senior leadership team, acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Oversee complex calendar and meeting management across multiple time zones, coordinating high-priority stakeholder meetings and board-level appointments
- Manage comprehensive international travel arrangements working with dedicated senior travel agent, ensuring accurate documentation and strategic planning
- Process monthly expense reports, manage executive inboxes, and handle confidential matters with utmost professionalism
- Work collaboratively with existing administrative team including EA, Office Manager, and Team Assistant to provide seamless coverage
- Support company events, team-building initiatives, and ad hoc projects whilst contributing to process improvements
- Experienced Personal / Executive Assistant, ideally in Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Professional Services
- Proven track record supporting senior executives with exceptional attention to detail (absolutely critical)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital communication tools with strong experience in complex calendar and inbox management
- Extensive experience coordinating international travel arrangements
- Right to work in the UK (essential requirement)
- Polished, proactive, and professional approach with excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels
- Resourceful problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude, calm under pressure with good sense of humour
- Team player who collaborates effectively, with interest in fitness and wellbeing
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment with flexibility to handle varying daily demands
