C&C Search is currently recruiting for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to support C-suite at a leading investment firm. This is a varied, fast-paced role that also includes exposure to compliance and events coordination, offering outstanding breadth and responsibility within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Salary: £65,000 DoE

Key responsibilities for this EA position:
  • Provide seamless EA support to two members of C-suite and Head of HR
  • Manage complex diaries, travel, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
  • Assist with HR coordination including interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding administration
  • Organise and oversee board GP weekly meetings – coordinating agendas, papers, minutes, and attendance
  • Coordinate company events, including two annual offsites and portfolio meetings (UK and Europe-based)
  • Collaborate closely with other EAs, providing cross-cover and ensuring consistency across the administrative function
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within financial or professional services
  • Strong diary, travel, and stakeholder management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous exposure to HR, legal, or compliance functions highly desirable
  • A proactive, self-starter who demonstrates good judgment, flexibility, and tenacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and strong overall tech literacy
