C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a groundbreaking AI start-up on the cusp of major growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join at seed stage, work directly with the CEO, and play a pivotal role in scaling the business. Based in central London with hybrid working, competitive salary, and stock options.

Position: Executive Assistant & Operations – supporting the CEO and acting as a true force multiplier across the business
Salary: £60,000 - £75,5,000 + equity options
Hybrid set-up: Hybrid with flexibility

What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or Founder within a start-up/scale-up tech/AI business
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or scaling operations in high-growth companies
- Genuinely proactive and resourceful – you see what needs doing and get on with it without being asked
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail (nothing slips through the net on your watch)
- Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environments – this Executive Assistant role requires someone who can build the plane while flying it
- Excellent stakeholder management – you'll be liaising with investors, co-founders, new hires, and external partners
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced MS Office and comfortable picking up new tools quickly (project management software, CRM systems, etc.)
- Someone who thrives on autonomy and doesn't need hand-holding – the CEO gives space and trust, this Executive Assistant role requires someone who uses it wisely
